Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out initial appointment health history forms.
Late Arrival Policy
Out of respect for the therapist we don’t do extended appointments. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to the remaining time, and we retain the right to charge a full treatment fee. Please call us if you are running late.
Cancellation Policy
Holistic Health & Massage values your time, and appreciates when that respect is returned. When a booking is made, that time is reserved especially for you, and blocked from any other clients. 24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take that booking. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. We will contact you directly and payment can be made over the phone. Refusal to pay may result in prepayment before future bookings. Please remember that this is our livelihood and when a late cancellation is made, more than one person misses out.
No Show Policy
Everyone forgets sometimes, we get it. Though we will always send you a reminder text message. If you do forget your appointment, please don’t feel awkward. The above cancellation policy will apply and all we ask is next time you book with us, that we can take a prepayment for future services.
Privacy Policy
You will be happy to know that we do not share our contacts or medical information with any third parties. Client information and conversations are kept strictly between the massage therapist and client, as per the national code of conduct.
Informed Consent
Prior to each session, a treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. We accept prepayment, HiCAPS rebates are available in clinic, all major credit/debit cards and cash.
